Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe how Aureqis Insight provides AI consulting and workflow advisory services. They apply to consulting engagements unless a signed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement contains different or more specific terms.

1. Services

Services may include AI Workflow Assessments, AI Use-Case Planning, AI Process Documentation, AI Adoption Workshops, Comprehensive AI Workflow Reviews, and Monthly Advisory Support. The exact deliverables, meeting schedule, scope, and price for a project are established before the engagement begins.

2. Advisory and Educational Scope

Our role is to help clients evaluate how AI tools may fit into routine work. We may document existing processes, identify candidate use cases, prepare operating guidance, organize internal documentation, and educate teams. We do not take over management responsibility, approve business decisions for the client, or operate autonomous decision systems on the client's behalf.

3. Services Not Included

Unless separately and expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include custom software development, application engineering, cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, managed security, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, financial or investment advice, brokerage, asset management, custody of funds, medical advice, employment-law advice, or other regulated professional services.

4. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to provide reasonably accurate information about the workflow under review, identify appropriate stakeholders, attend scheduled sessions when necessary, and review draft recommendations in a timely manner. Delays in access to information or feedback may affect project timing.

5. AI Outputs and Verification

AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate outputs. Any workflow involving AI should include suitable human review. Clients are responsible for verifying outputs and determining whether information is appropriate for their intended use. Aureqis Insight does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any third-party AI system.

6. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care with non-public business information provided for a consulting engagement and will use it for the purpose of performing the agreed services. Clients should disclose only information reasonably necessary for the engagement. Specific confidentiality obligations may be set out in a proposal, confidentiality agreement, or statement of work.

7. Deliverables

Deliverables may include written observations, workflow diagrams, process notes, implementation checklists, use-case plans, educational materials, workshop decks, or other agreed documentation. Deliverables are based on information available at the time of the engagement and may require future review as tools, workflows, staff responsibilities, or business conditions change.

8. Fees and Invoicing

Fees are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Starting price ranges shown on the website are estimates only. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or separate authorization. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes or charges where required by law, unless otherwise stated.

9. Scheduling and Workshops

Consulting sessions and workshops are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients should provide reasonable notice if a session must be moved. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or project delays may be handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific terms.

10. Third-Party Tools

Clients may choose to use third-party AI tools or productivity platforms. Aureqis Insight does not control those providers and is not responsible for outages, model changes, pricing changes, data retention practices, feature changes, or other third-party actions. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and reviewing provider terms.

11. No Guaranteed Outcome

Consulting can improve clarity, documentation, and decision-making around AI adoption, but business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee cost savings, revenue increases, productivity percentages, error reductions, regulatory outcomes, or other specific results.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement subject to any written agreement and applicable cancellation terms. Fees remain due for work completed, scheduled commitments that are non-refundable under the agreed terms, and approved expenses incurred before termination.

13. Intellectual Property and Internal Use

Unless otherwise agreed, clients may use final client-specific deliverables internally for the business that purchased the service. Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial publication of our proprietary templates, workshop materials, or frameworks is not permitted without written permission.

14. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as our services evolve. The version applicable to a specific engagement may also be supplemented by the written agreement for that project.
