A project begins only after scope, timing, pricing, and any required payment terms have been agreed. We may decline requests that fall outside our service scope, present unreasonable operational risk, or require regulated or specialized services that we do not provide.

4. Nature of Services

5. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for business decisions, review of AI-generated outputs, compliance obligations, tool selection, account permissions, data entered into third-party platforms, and final use of any recommendation or workflow. Recommendations should be evaluated in light of the client's own policies, industry requirements, and professional obligations.

6. Pricing and Payment

Published prices are starting ranges and are not binding quotations. Final pricing may depend on project scope, workflow complexity, number of teams, meeting requirements, documentation volume, and other agreed factors. 7. Intellectual Property

Website text, visual design, original frameworks, templates, workshop materials, and documentation created by Aureqis Insight are protected to the extent permitted by law. Client-specific deliverables may be used by the client for its internal business purposes subject to the applicable service agreement. Pre-existing methods, reusable templates, general know-how, and materials not created exclusively for the client remain ours unless a written agreement states otherwise.

8. Third-Party Platforms

References to third-party AI tools, software, or services do not constitute ownership, control, or endorsement of those providers. Third-party services may change features, prices, data practices, or availability at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms and suitability of any third-party tool they choose to use.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change website content, service descriptions, price ranges, or availability without prior notice. We may suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security, operational, or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aureqis Insight is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party AI platforms, or business decisions made from general website information. Any liability related to a paid engagement will be governed by the applicable written service agreement and applicable law.
