Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes general payment practices for Aureqis Insight consulting and educational services. A proposal, invoice, or written service agreement may contain project-specific payment terms that control for that engagement.

1. Pricing

Website prices are starting ranges intended to help clients understand the general scale of services. Current starting ranges include AI Workflow Assessment at $500–$1,200, AI Use-Case Planning at $800–$2,000, AI Process Documentation at $600–$1,500, AI Adoption Workshops at $400–$1,000 per session, Comprehensive AI Workflow Review at $1,500–$3,500, and Monthly Advisory Support at $1,000–$3,000 per month.

2. Final Quotes

Final pricing depends on scope, workflow complexity, number of processes, number of stakeholders, meeting requirements, documentation volume, workshop customization, timing, and other project factors. A price range displayed on the website is not a binding offer.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

Some projects may require a deposit or advance payment before work is scheduled or begins. The amount and due date will be stated in the applicable quote or invoice. Deposits may be applied to the total project fee.

4. Milestone and Project Payments

Larger engagements may be divided into milestones. Each milestone may have its own payment schedule. We may pause work when an invoice is overdue or when required payment has not been received according to the agreed schedule.

5. Monthly Advisory Services

Monthly advisory support may be billed in advance for the applicable service period unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Unused time, availability, or capacity does not automatically roll over unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.

6. Additional Work

If a client requests work that is materially outside the agreed scope, we may provide a revised estimate or separate quote before performing that work. Examples may include additional workflows, expanded documentation, extra workshops, or substantial revisions not included in the original scope.

7. Taxes and Charges

Clients are responsible for taxes or similar charges that applicable law requires to be collected or paid in connection with the service, except taxes imposed on our own income. Any applicable tax treatment will be reflected where appropriate.

8. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary by invoice or project. Payment instructions are provided through the applicable billing process. For security reasons, clients should use only payment instructions confirmed through official Aureqis Insight communications.

9. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed without resolution, we may suspend future work until the account is brought current. Clients should contact us promptly if they believe an invoice is incorrect.

10. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement. Payment of an invoice does not create a guarantee of a particular business outcome or AI platform result.

11. Records

We may retain invoices, payment confirmations, project scopes, and related records as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, contractual, and business purposes.
